Abstract :
Supplier system management is an effective method that has been gradually improved in line with the trends of series and multi-type products in defense industry. Under the circumstances of market economy and unprecedented development in defense industry, this paper analyzes the limitation of traditional supplier system management in defense industry development and investigates an innovative to the mode of supplier-system management, including the construction of management system platform, regulation platform etc.
