Strategy of Establishing Enterprise Standard System Based on SECI Model

With the deep development of global economic and the draw near of the information community, knowledge management has been given closer attention and most enterprises gradually get to know that enterprise standard management could make the management efficiency heighten and make the cost of standards effectuating and routines reduce. They have paid close attention to enterprise standard management and made their own standardization strategies actively. Establishing a sound enterprise standard system is the based of enterprise standard management. Based on the theories and methods of knowledge management, this paper probes into the problems that exist in the current enterprise standard system and use the SECI model to analyse and discuss them. Base on it, some strategies of establishing enterprise standard system based on SECI model are proposed.
