Abstract :
In summary, we have presented the electromagnetic wave transmission and reflection by a fine-stratified periodic ferrite-semiconductor structure. We have studied peculiarities of eigenwaves in such a structure. The results of our investigations can be used in the implementation of variety of microwave and optical devices.
