Title :
A Comparison of Coplanar Waveguide and Microstrip for GaAs Monolithic Integrated Circuits
fDate :
April 30 1979-May 2 1979
Abstract :
Conductor and dielectric losses height is equal to the round plane are lower in microstrip than in coplanar waveguides (CPW) when the substrate spacing in CPW. When radiation loss is included and the ground plane spacing is allowed to increase in the CPW, the guides are comparable.
