An Exploring of the Path of Management Innovation Based on Conflicts Solving

The path of management innovation was explored from the viewpoint of solving management contradictions on the basis of foreign and domestic research on the methods of management summarized. Firstly, contradictions in management was divided into four types by the inductive method to meet enterprises´ demand for management innovation, and then, a management contradiction tree was constructed generally and a describing method of management contradiction matrix given, thirdly, a basic idea of constructing management contradiction problem-solving matrix was put out, Finally, the path of management innovation was described by a framework.
