A Study on the Emergence Mechanism and Level Evolvement of the Corporation Competence System

Firstly, according to the system emergence theory, this paper has elucidated the emergence´s characters and results of corporation competence system and put forward the emergence conception model of competence system. Secondly, this paper has studied deeply the emergence mechanism of corporation competence system from both the exterior and the interior angles. Environment effect, dimensions effect and structure effect have been analyzed as three most key factors which cause the emergence of competence system. Because structure effect is more important than environment effect and dimensions effect, this paper has especially studied it and put forward the relevant model to analyze the cooperation mechanism of competence system. Finally, this paper has studied the level evolvement course and route of corporation competence and set up the relevant conception model on the basis of system emergence mechanism.
