Abstract
A four-phase 8/6 pole and 75 kW switched reluctance motor drive based on 32-bit digital signal processor TMS320F2812 is designed. The details of the controller design and analysis are discussed. In addition, aiming at solving the nonlinear problems of the switched reluctance motor, fuzzy-PI hybrid algorithm is presented to control the motor speed and the phase current. Experimental results show that the hardware and software design of the switched reluctance drive system are reasonable, and the proposed fuzzy-PI double closed-loop control strategy is feasible and correct.
