Abstract :
In this paper we analyze performance of IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee wireless networks in order to use these networks for transmitting different data for medical purposes such as ECG, body temperature, acceleration, etc. The aim of study is to improve efficiency of ZigBee standard by variable time and length of data transmit. The original run-length coded method is described.
