Abstract :
Capacitive feed PIFA offers satisfactory performance of desired radiation pattern (omnidirectional) as well as better impedance matching at the port over wide bandwidth. The simulation results of the designed antenna agree with measured input return loss. Measurements also indicate that the bandwidths of the proposed PIFA with a capacitive feed are larger than other published papers using same technique.
