Abstract :
Power Assisting Systems are developed to directly aid human beings. They can predict user intention and produce assistive force to aid the user in tasks, such as lifting and handling of heavy loads. In this paper, a Semi-Active Assist System that considers force limitations is proposed. Physical simulations, such as Active and Passive, and the actuator limitation is discussed. Lastly the Low-powered controller is compared with the normal controller, and the results are obtained. The Low-powered actuator can successfully assist the user and can be used as remote assisting systems in future applications.
