Abstract :
A 25KW L-Band solid in its output stage has state RADAR transmitter which uses forty high power, parallel modules in its output stage has been developed. The high power techniques which preserve intermodule stability and efficient power combining at this power level are presented. The overall transmitter design approach and resultant characteristics are discussed.
