Abstract :
The technology transfer from Multinational Corporation (MNC) to host country enterprise can be viewed as the technological cooperation. To uphold respective benefit, however, two sides will apply the optimum strategy to acquire the objective revenue. According to the consideration, this paper analyzed and studied the reciprocal function of bilateral strategies by using duplicated dynamic model on the basis of evolutional game theory. The research conclusion is under the dynamic and reciprocal strategies of two sides, the optimum strategy choice of one side must be the function of another side´s strategy choice. On the other hand, the technology transfer degree of MNC and the study motivation of host country enterprise will be adjusted strategically with some variables´ varying, these variables include technology study utility, technology study cost, the cost of technology maintaining secrecy and the loss of technological advantage.
