Game Analysis on the Exclusive Investment Tendency in China for Sino-foreign Joint Ventures & Implication

Starting with the elaboration of the phenomenon of the exclusive investment tendency in China for Sino-foreign Joint Ventures in recent years and the motives of the joint investment for the two parties at the initial stage, this paper gives brief induction to both parties\´ strengths and makes an analysis from two different stages on the game process of the joint ventures\´ changing from "Sino-foreign joint ventures" to "exclusively foreign-owned enterprises" by using the method of game theory, the results of which finds that the exclusive investment tendency is the investors\´ inevitable choice of their investment patterns based on the unbalanced development of both parties. At last part, the authors point out its negative effects as well as the implication to the developing host countries.
