Abstract :
The demand of Russian to green food is great, and Heilongjiang has a production and operating system of green foods which has a great competitiveness at the Russia market where Heilongjiang\´s green food has a large international-market and a promising future. Heilongjiang\´s green food towards Russia should take such "push strategies" as taking initiative, forging ahead overall, getting victory by features and giving prominence to the key points on the basis of insisting on the guidelines of aiming something high in mind, easy things first and developing steadily. The general countermeasure of green food trade is the positive advancement, seeks the new market space, strives for in the same succession, the position foreword and in the possible coincidence spot to expand with Russia\´s trade, and will strive for the later possible big development.
