Title :
High-Speed, Varactor-Tunable Microwave Filter Element
fDate :
April 30 1979-May 2 1979
Abstract :
A varactor-tunable filter element at I-band frequencies is described in which the negative resistance of a GaAs FET is used to overcome varactor losses and attain a high unloaded Q over a 500-MHz frequency band.
