Abstract :
Psychologists of recent years have made plenty of researches on emotional theories and emotional adjustment methods. However, directly copying foreign research results outside of China possesses some limitations because of China´s special situation and culture, and using foreign theories and methods directly can hazard Chinese entrepreneurs´ health. This paper analyzes the concept differences between ´emotion´ in modern psychology and ´Qingzhi´ in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) psychology. According to the harmony ideas which comes from the five-element theory in TCM, this paper also points out the unstably harmony is the phenomenon of imbalance emotion. Using five zhi, five flavors and five music elements therapy methods, originated from huang di nei jin, to adjust qingzhi, clarifies the aim and schemes of Qingzhi adjustment, which can be selected systematically. It supplies a method to adjust Qingzhi by oneself or to adjust emotion from inner or outer side; moreover, a maths model, applied to decision-making theory, is established to choose a best scheme from several kinds of therapies of Qingzhi troubles.
