Abstract :
The change rate of brake pressure controlled precisely can realize the stable control of wheel state. Therefore, it is necessary to study the pressure change rate mechanism of hydraulic control system. In this paper, the joint simulation platform of Matlab and AMESim has been established, from which the relationship curves between component parameters of ABS hydraulic control unit and the change rate of brake pressure are got, and from which the relationship curves between control signals and the physical Characteristics of high speed switching valve are also got. The research results are provided the basis for the precise control of brake pressure change rate.
