Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a novel fractionally spaced frequency domain equalization scheme for the downlink of single carrier cyclic prefix assisted MIMO-CDMA system over frequency selective channels. This scheme combines the fractionally spaced frequency domain equalizer with parallel interference cancellation (PIC) in the frequency domain to cancel the inter chip interference (ICI), inter antenna interference (IAI) and multiple access interference (MAI). It is shown that our proposed scheme significantly outperforms the conventional frequency domain equalization algorithms with low complexity.
