Abstract :
For the purpose of control warp tension of rapier loom and prevent negative impacts on the quality of the fabric by reasons of the excessive fluctuation. This paper took let-off system of SAURER400 rapier loom as investigated subject and laid out the application of fuzzy-PID and multi-neuron adaptive PID control method. This paper gone through with a simulation by use of Simulink of the Matlab and took the simulation results compared with the simulation curve of multi-neuron adaptive PID and fuzzy-PID. The results show that the simulation curve of multi-neuron adaptive PID control algorithm was fast response and small overshoot.
