Abstract :
In the course of technology transfer, it is a widely concerned subject of the academic circles and the industrial circles at present that is how to open the black box that the receivers of technology transfer from the technological learning to the promotion of technological capability. Based on a large number of literature studies, the thesis founds that the study of the evolution of technological capability most belongs to one dimension or two dimensions, the study lacks of intermediate link which contact technological learning and technological capability promotion with knowledge conversion and integration, which will be incomplete, moreover, unable to reveal the internal mechanism. This paper regards technology transfer based on capital product traded as the research object, starts from the interaction of technological learning, knowledge conversion and integration and the technological capability evolution, constructs the triple helix model of technological capability evolution of receivers, deeply analyses the mechanism of the technological capability evolution of receivers. The thesis discloses the knowledge conversion and integration between technological learning and technological capability plays a very important role just as ligament.
