  • Abstract
    With the industrialization of MIM technology, it is urgent to resolve the waste of energy problem, which is caused by the partspsila repeated heating in degreasing, sintering segment. So, it is proposed that by the use of the continuously sintering furnace to make the traditional single process (such as degreasing process, sintering process and post-processing, etc.) merge into the integrated process; designed the sintering furnace motion control system by S7-200 PLC (programmable logical controller). And then, introduced the structural design and the control system design of the sintering furnace in detail. The successful development of the continuously sintering furnace will significantly reduce the various uncertain factors during the produce process, which will help improve the quality of forming parts and production rate.
