Abstract :
The paper first puts forward the concept of environment-friendly degree, and establishes the evaluation indicators system of regional environment- friendly degree based on the pressure-state-response framework. Then the paper applies GR-TOPSIS model, a combination model of grey relation and TOPSIS concept, to quantitatively evaluate environment-friendly degree. The paper conducts a real case to evaluate the environment-friendly degree in 17 regions in Anhui province, China.
