Abstract

The conversion of tacit knowledge is the key of Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements (TSTA), whether realizing TSTA effectively or not is up to the internalization ability of tacit knowledge in the process of digestion, absorption and innovation etc. From the transferor of TSTA, the transferee of TSTA, the difference of both sides, the inherent characteristics of tacit knowledge, this article puts forward the formation of barrier factors of tacit knowledge converting in TSTA. In this foundation, the barrier factors of tacit knowledge converting in TSTA will be identified and appraised with the method of rough sets in order to provide some reference for enhancing the efficiency and the effect of TSTA.
