  • Abstract
    Electric power reserve is an important instrument to ensure power system to operate safely and steadily, and proper value evaluation can provide scientific gist for power grid to confirm certain reserve level from both technical and economic way. Value of electric power reserve is incarnated in its economic value and social benefit. But the social benefit is hard to be measured with market price or currency. This article introduced fuzzy method into social benefit evaluation on reserve service. Through massive data investigation and study, the indicator system of social benefit of reserve service with qualitative and quantify analysis method was established. The evaluation result of residents, political and economic provided an important reference for measure value of reserve service comprehensively and objectively.
