Abstract
As a new project management pattern, project management contract-PMC was introduced into China in the late 1990s, and is still in its initial stage. To promote the rapid development of PMC in China and constantly improve the project management quality, this paper explicitly defines the main contents of PMC and, taking its own service quality as the evaluation contents, establishes a project management quality evaluation index system to synthetically evaluate the project management and meet the satisfaction of the owners/ investors. According to the characteristics of this index system, by means of questionnaire survey and experts´ suggestions, the final importance order of indexes can be determined through fuzzy marking method. Based on this, the paper proposes a new method combining the entropy method and G1 method to determine the index weight value, and then establishes a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model for quantitative evaluation of PMC management service quality.
