Abstract :
Project risk is measured based on method of evaluation by experts, creating a combined optimization model of project risk and resource allocation, and using simulated annealing algorithm to solve the model. Program of simulated annealing algorithm is compiled by VC++ 6.0, and initial value of search and iterative steps of resource ratio of subproject according to iterative request of program is selected. Operated program of simulated annealing algorithm and compared analysis of operation result by computer, better allocation ratio of subprojectpsilas resource is obtained while the project risk is minimized.
