Abstract :
The risks factor of construction projects are made an analysis on the characteristic of project, thus the international project risk evaluation system has been built based on the six risks that include bidding risk, market competition risk, engineering characteristics risk, contract risk, other participator risks and environmental risk. Construction of the project risk evaluation system has been established, and complementary judgment matrix is designed based on triangular fuzzy number. Furthermore triangular fuzzy matrix has been made a solution by expansion principle from the multi-attribute-based, priorities of complementary judgment matrices are provided. The result realize for identifying the pivotal risk factor of construction project risk.
