  • Abstract
    Nowadays, information plays a key role in social emergency early warning mechanism, whose information collecting, evaluating and sharing management will directly affect the efficiency of overall social emergence management. With the rapid development of information technology, especially the development of grid, the management based on grid information technology gives a new thinking and new method for social emergency management. Social emergency early warning system based on grid is of prospective, comprehensive, stereoscopic and unique advantages. Establishing the mode of early warning mechanism based on grid and social emergency management, forming applicable theories for emergency information mining and comprehensive decision makings and constructing a new mode of social emergency responding system can provide a new path for social emergency management in China.
