Abstract :
An integrated operation system for the maintenance of telecommunications power equipment called ALICE was first developed and introduced in 1989. The system has since been implemented throughout Japan with enhanced and expanded functions. This report presents the configuration, design concept, and functional outline of a wide-area monitoring system that further centralizes ALICE and achieves even more efficient monitoring of power plants
