It conducts in-depth exploration and research on the implementation of the current situations and developing strategies for physical educational quality controlling system of higher education institutions. From the aspects of basic characteristics, the current implementation, as well as influence factors, it carries on investigation and analysis for physical educational quality controlling system of higher education institutions, and conducts the analysis for the running subsystem of physical educational quality controlling system of normal higher education institutions; also combines with the subsystem to investigate the current situations to perform the optimal design; further proposes strategies for the development, providing references for the exploration and research in this field in the future.
