Abstract :
This article from Human Resource Management on the performance of starting, using the theory of human capital investment, study and solve human resources management issues in the optimization of human resources. Thesis proposes the number of economic models on optimization of enterprises human resources, and thus put quantitative methods of economical judgment forward on investment of human resources, to form a plan of optimization of enterprises human resources which makes economic measurement to be a core, research shows that the model on the management of business manpower has an important role and significance.
