There have been many studies done on Subjective Well-Being (SWB) in China, and these studies continue to be more depth. They include factors affecting the Subjective Well-Being, the Subjective Well-Being of different populations, the study of culture differences and the improvement and innovation of research methods. But there are few demonstrative studies about the Subjective Well-Being of managers of private enterprises. In this paper, we use maturity scales to do a demonstrative research about the Subjective Well-Being of these managers, and use SPSS 15.0 to analyze the returned data. We conclude that the overall SWB of managers of private enterprises is low. The status of marriage has a significant impact on the SWB of managers of private enterprises, but the gender and the education play no significant role. We present possible suggestions on how to improve the SWB of these managers.
