Abstract :
The integration of event-based control with fuzzy logic to build real-time autonomous controller is discussed. In the hard real-time applications, event-based control is used to meet time requirements, whereas a flexible control scheme can be accomplished by fuzzy logic. This hierarchical control scheme is applied to a Martian Oxygen Production Plant to demonstrate its performance
