Abstract
Recently climate change has emerged as one of the biggest challenges due to its tremendous impacts on environment as well as mankind. Many efforts to mitigate climate change have been made across nations, international organization, industries and individuals. Information and communication technologies (ICTs) have drawn attention because of their potential to play a key role in coping with climate changes. In this paper, we presented an overview of climate change, the role of ICTs in mitigating the climate change, green ICT strategies in general and green ICT strategy of Korea.
