Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) play an important role in the economic construction, science progress and social development by bringing up large scale of advanced talents and experts for the construction of socialist modernization. The establishment of Sino-Foreign Cooperation within HEIs benefits to strengthen HEIs´ development and further education reform as well as promote education quality. This paper aims to explore the nature of certain relationships between Sino-foreign higher education collaborative links in business and management, and provide a brief evaluation for sustainable development of Sino-foreign cooperation in the future through analyzing the needs, prospect, opportunities and challenges of Sino-UK HE collaboration market. We can still see there will be a large development space for Sino-foreign cooperation and we should find out the possibility of sustainability, methods and strategies even if there are constrains to this expanding education industry.
