Abstract :
Based on new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and novel methods to deal with uncertainties and cross terms, this paper presents some new delay-dependent stability conditions for systems with time-varying delay in terms of strict linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which are simpler and less conservative than earlier results. Examples illustrate the effectiveness of our stability criteria in this paper.
