Abstract :
Modern systems of automation in electric power industry solve diagnostic, statistical, administrative problems. They facilitate and accelerate the control and management of technological process, operations on reporting creation. Possibility to regulate balance of capacity and also to choose the most economical modes of generation and an electric power expenditure allows system to solve more effectively as a whole the problems put before it and conducts to decrease in specific cost of watt of electric energy. For the decision of these problems the model of operating power balance dynamics according to supervision in stochastic system with energy accumulation has been constructed. The given model has been developed with the account of the technological process specificity realised during the electric energy manufacture on objects of local (small) energetics.
