Abstract :
Nowadays, calculation question of extensive engineering about the finite element method has expectations for computing capability of computer, increasingly. After computer and network technology is developed rapidly, we can fully explore and utilize resources of Internet to realize the parallel computation of extensive science and project. The rise of grid computing technology can make us easily and conveniently use the resources of Internet, realize grid services seamlessly integrated, and then structure a new generation system of distributed computing applications. This paper introduces how to realize parallel computing of finite element method in grid computing environment, a prototype of distributed parallel finite element method (DPFEM) based on grid computing is developed to realize parallel computing of finite element.
