Abstract :
An efficient first grasp for a wheelchair robotic hand with pressure sensing determined and learned by combining the advantages of neural networks and fuzzy logic into a hybrid control algorithm. Modifications to standard approaches are outlined. Basic approaches are demonstrated in preparation for future physical implementation
