            Abstract : 
At present, most of the slot allocation algorithms are put forward based on a single BS, and lock of slot allocation for joint multi-cell. To solve this problem, the joint multi-cell time slot allocation algorithm based on the residual interference is proposed in this paper. Taking the interference of the local cell and the adjacent cells caused by a new access user into account, this algorithm can perform better in implementing the slot allocation as well as reducing service interruption probability.
