Abstract :
In recently years, many innovative rural informatization service models were widely used in rural China. The present study described several typical cases and summarized their impact and recommendations. Three platforms (Mobile, Unicom and Telecommunications) were cooperated in Anhui Agriculture Information Net, and the network, telephone and short message are interoperability. It also achieved five channels of the internet, broadcasting, television, telephone and wireless network integrated to one. Hainan agricultural technology service110 set up a telephone service system, remote video system, intelligent agricultural expert system and website system etc., achieving the functions of multimedia training on internet, expert consultation, technology information publication and inquire etc. ´221 information platform´, ´12582´ information platform and 12316 new countryside hotline service of China Telecom etc. communication operators´ agriculture related service platform, provided agricultural information for rural areas, query, subscription, and many other services. Agricultural science and technology network service center network alliance project, established publishing and display system and background control center of agricultural science and technology resources, explored the 3G service model, integrated application of internet technology, reflected the combination of technology and services.
