Abstract :
In order to save the resources and protect the environment, the green logistics system concerning reverse logistics was established based on the idea of the "X" model of supply chain management. The "O" model of green logistics system integrating forward and reverse logistics was proposed in this paper. And the thought of the "O" model was discussed and the suggestion of the sustainable development of the green logistics system was put forward. The "O" model of green logistics system can effectively solve the conflicts between enterprise and environment, and realize four unified goals of economic efficiency, consumers\´ interests, social and environmental benefits.
