Abstract :
The article selects several target data from China Statistical Yearbook, used the SPSS software to conduct the cluster research to the new rural social pension insurance conditions for 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. These 31 regions were divided into three classes, and the third-order area was also divided into three minor sorts. Based on this, China´s further implementation of the new agricultural insurance system has been designed by category and further put forward the related proposal.
