Abstract :
Based on the deep analysis of the data which were obtained from more than 300 crystal oscillators working during 100 to 800 days, a predictive model is established in the paper. With nonlinear generalized least squares, the parameters estimation and the aging drift curve fitting of the model are given based on the data of the first 30 days. And the model is verified by the rest data. According to the fitting curve of aging drift obtained by the experiments, the aging drift compensation of the crystal oscillators is implemented. Experiment results show that the performance of the crystal oscillators with aging drift compensation is improved about one order.
