Abstract :
In order to increase the entire network lifetime and reduce the transmission energy consumption, an improved energy efficient protocol is brought forward, which adopts the cross-layer design, introduces the probability selection of EAMR into the LEACH algorithm and optimizes the cluster head selection method and the chance of cluster rebuilding. It is shown from the simulation test that this method has a certain improvement in the network lifetime and the network energy consumption compared to LEACH.
