Abstract :
To solve the problem existing in the current evaluate methods for cryptographic modules, this paper points out that the evaluation ability should consider effect of measures and the depth defense which includes the aspects of technology, management, operation. Describe the principle and way to establish a scientific indexes. In the end, the paper builds the detailed index systems of cryptographic modules security assurance capacity.
