Abstract :
In this paper, the direct integration of the optical detector with the bipolar high-gain amplifier on one P-type silicon substrate is presented. The amplification circuit receives optical information, but transmits electrical signals amplified and processed, thus realizing complete isolation of transmission terminal from receiving terminal.
