A Study for the Development of Public Service Oriented Mobile E-government

Mobile e-government (M G) is an effective way to strengthen the government in the arena of social management and public service, it appears to make up for the shortcomings of traditional e-government and expands the E-government implementation space. At present, the M G public service of China is in the initial stage and lacks a systematic planning. The paper designed a generic management framework for the development of M G based on the analysis of existing accomplishments in this field, and finally presents some suggestions for the development of M G.
