Abstract :
Farmer cooperative organizations have improved the degree of systemization and have strengthened farmer´s competitiveness and benefits. However, farmer´s cooperative organizations are facing so many questions such as legal problems, cooperative governance, and so on. The paper discusses those problems and give the solutions to cooperative organizations.
