Abstract :
We demonstrate the generation of sub-100 nm optical near-field from metal nano-aperture VCSELs with strong plasmonic enhancement. The power density reaches at 0.8 MW/cm. Also, the rectangular aperture array allows us to control the polarization of top emitting VCSELs
